Chapter 38 elects it's webmaster on a yearly basis. For the last couple years I've been the lucky guy to try my hand at this. Can you believe it's 2008! For the new year I have decided on a total site redesign. I hope my peers will enjoy and find my efforts useful for many years to come, or at least until the next maverick webmaster with eccentric taste comes along.
